We wanted the food that comes out of true Anatolian kitchens… passed down quietly through generations, guarded because the recipe means something deeply personal to the family. When our chef arrived from Turkey, he brought with him the rituals, the wood-fire techniques, and the very soul of Anatolia to Bengaluru.
